The library hosts special events and exhibits from time to time. Some examples:
- We have exhibited some of our older and rare books both in the library and down on the main floor of the building, during special events
- A private collection of over 200 crosses from all over the world has been on loan for exhibit in the library, twice in recent years
- Every April during Poetry Month, the library is festooned with poems, everywhere you look
- We host book signings, as well as book talks. Faculty as well as local experts have shared their knowledge with us
