MORE TIPS:
- Use the ASK A LIBRARIAN link on our page, to set up a research session. You can also get help over the phone and through e-mail.
- Take advantage of printed handouts in the library – many of our handouts will soon be available here on the website, too.
- Find and use some of the many well-organized sites on the Internet. Some are produced by large colleges, universities and seminaries, some by independent organizations. These sites often offer research tips, as well as useful lists of links for you to follow.
Examples of helpful sites offering good lists of links:
Catholic University of America, “Research Guides” section of library website:

Digital Librarian (list of Religion and Philosophy links set up by a librarian upstate):

WABASH CENTER (try their “Internet Guide to Religion”)
